5. Content. We make every effort to ensure that the contents of our food boxes are fresh and of high quality. However, we cannot guarantee that the contents of each box will be exactly as described on our website. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability. Our liability to you in connection with any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

7. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or service.
