Refund Policy

At HiFarms, we value your satisfaction and understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a refund policy for our food box subscription service.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. However, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees already paid.

  2. Damaged or Spoiled Products. If you receive a damaged or spoiled product in your food box, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will either provide a replacement or a refund for the spoiled product at our discretion.

  3. Unsatisfied with the product. If you are not satisfied with the products in your food box, please contact us. We will work with you to find a solution that meets your satisfaction.

  4. Refund requests. All refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original delivery date.

  5. Refund Processing Time. We will process your refund as soon as possible, but please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Please note that this refund policy only applies to the food box subscription service and does not apply to any other products or services offered on our website.
